Service Description
We consider short - medium nails are only just past the skin when you look at your palm. If you don't want to leave with this length option(come with long nails and don't want them cut down), or have longer than this or wider nail beds and want to keep them long, you need to book the next option. Further explanation: Please consider when booking the length you want to go to on your appointment not what you currently have when deciding what to book. If you book more than needed you’ll be charged the full amount as you also pay for our time and extra time due to incorrect booking needs to be covered. If you require extra time for a longer nail but booked this option we may not have time to accommodate that and you may leave without colour or art to accommodate this, and still be charged for what you booked.
Cancellation Policy
If you are over 10 minutes late for your appointment it will automatically be cancelled If you no show we consider it a cancellation & if you cancel without at least 72 hours notice we will consider it a cancellation. Cancellations required payment in full as a cancellation fee before we allow you to book another appointment, your deposit will be taken and under these circumstances is non refundable or transferable.
